Guest article by Prof. Busch in the Tagesspiegel

The Tagesspiegel has published an article by Prof. Timo Busch on the EU Disclosure Regulation. It has been in place for three and a half years now, but a consultation conducted by the EU Commission on its evaluation and further development clearly shows that the current regulation is too complex, too unclear, and ultimately not sufficiently helpful for investors.
