Honorary Doctorate Award from the University of Hamburg, Faculty of Business, Economics, and Social

The University of Hamburg, Faculty of Business, Economics, and Social Sciences, awarded an honorary doctorate in recognition of outstanding academic achievements to Prof. Pratima Bansal, Ph.D., from the Ivey Business School (University of Western Ontario, Canada) and Prof. Dr. Andreas Georg Scherer from the University of Zurich (Switzerland) on December 3, 2020.

Prof. Bansal and Prof. Scherer were awarded an honorary doctorate in recognition of their outstanding scientific achievements, especially in an area of particular importance to the University of Hamburg: the scientific and interdisciplinary consideration of questions regarding sustainability and corporate social responsibility, i.e., the management of social responsibility.
