Service center NAFIM provides answers on sustainable financing

On February 24, 2026, the launch event for the new service center NAFIM (Sustainable Financing for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises) took place at the Hamburger Kunsthalle. NAFIM supports small and medium-sized enterprises in making sustainable financing understandable and feasible. Nafim.de is all about sustainable finance – with thematic dossiers, overviews of funding instruments and best practices from the region, as well as references to guidelines, checklists, and digital tools. Contact persons are available to answer individual questions by phone, email, and also for face-to-face appointments in Hamburg. In addition, the service center focuses on networking through events such as webinars, workshops, and expert forums.

The service center is funded by the Ministry of Environment, Climate, Energy, and Agriculture and implemented by the non-profit trade association BAUM e.V.

Various partners are also on board, including EnvironmentalPartnership Hamburg, the Hamburg Chamber of Crafts, the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce, the Hamburg Investment and Development Bank (IFB), the Sustainable Finance Research Group (SFRG) at the University of Hamburg, and Finance City Hamburg.
